The minimum rental time is one day, 24 hours. After 4 hours, customer will be charged one more day.
The customer should be over 22 years old and have the driver's license for at least 2 years. Furthermore, citizens of the USA, Canada, Australia and China will have to present their international driving license.
Any fine incurred during the rental time is borne by the renter.
A security payment of 400 Euro is required upon receival of the car with cash or with credit card. This money will be returned to you after we check the car and it is found without any damages caused by the rentee. If the damage is more than 400 euros, the rest of the amount will be charged to the rentee.
The lessee is in charge of the fuel. If the vehicle is returned with more fuel, customer cannot be refunded.
The renter will have to return the vehicle in the same condition that they received it. That is, without scratches, dents or torn seats / mats, etc.
In case of accident or damage, the renter should contact us immediately.
In case of loss of the vehicle key, the customer should contact us immediately so that we can supply them with the spare key. The cost of the lost key is 150 euros and is borne by the customer.
In case of cancellation of the reservation for a period greater than or equal to 10 days, before the day of arrival of the customer, the entire amount of the reservation is returned to the customer (transaction costs will be paid by the customer). If customer does not appear on the day of the reservation, without any notice and after the end of three hours, the amount of the reservation is NOT refunded to the customer.
All vehicles have third party insurance. That is, if someone else hits the car and it is their fault, then they take responsibility to cover the damage. If the renter hits/scratches the vehicle, then he/she will have the responsibility to cover the damage.
